If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations — even after use — we will make it right. No complicated processes. No unnecessary delays. Just honest, straightforward customer care.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following circumstances:
• You are not satisfied with the product results after use.
• The product caused an unexpected skin reaction or sensitivity.
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The product was delivered in a broken or tampered condition.
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our customer support team.
3. Returns on Used Products
We understand that skincare results vary from person to person. Unlike most brands, Pellis Health Care accepts returns even on products that have been opened and used. If you have genuinely tried the product and are not satisfied with the outcome, you are fully eligible to request a return or refund.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1 — Contact Our Support Team
Reach out to us via WhatsApp or phone at 0345-9541787 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please have the following information ready:
• Your full name and order number
• The product you wish to return
• A brief description of your concern or reason for return
• A photo of the product (required only for damaged or incorrect items)
Step 2 — Confirmation from Our Team
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation along with return instructions.
Step 3 — Return the Product
Pack the product securely and hand it over to our designated courier partner. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect products will be arranged and covered by Pellis Health Care.
Step 4 — Refund Processed
Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed promptly.
5. Refund Options
Upon successful return verification, we offer the following resolution options:
• Full Refund — returned to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 3 to 5 working days.
• Product Replacement — a fresh unit of the same product dispatched at no additional cost.
• Store Credit — applied to your Pellis Health Care account for use on your next purchase.
The resolution method will be mutually agreed upon between the customer and our support team.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
While we go above and beyond to accommodate every customer, the following situations fall outside our standard return policy:
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery without prior communication with our team.
• Products that have been misused, intentionally damaged, or used in a manner inconsistent with the provided instructions.
• Returns requested due to a change of mind after the product has been fully consumed.
Even in borderline cases, we encourage you to contact us. We will always try to find a fair resolution.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases:
• We will arrange an immediate replacement at absolutely no cost to you.
• Alternatively, a full refund will be issued if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
• Return shipping for such cases will be fully managed and paid for by Pellis Health Care.
Please report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos.
8. Refund Timeline
We understand that waiting for a refund can be stressful. Here is our committed timeline:
• Return Request Reviewed: Within 24 hours of submission
• Product Collection Arranged: Within 1 to 2 working days
• Refund Processed: Within 3 to 5 working days after product verification
